Sugar Land Ice & Sports Centers offers a number of options for adults who are interested in playing recreational hockey. From the beginning player to those with a bit more experience, Sugar Land Ice has a team and a league that’s right for you.
All skill levels are welcome!
In general, our adult hockey leagues are organized by skill level. The Novice League is for those who are just beginning. The focus is on learning the basics of the sport. Once you are comfortable with the game, the Adult Recreational League is your next step. In general, players in the Adult Rec League are classified as C or B players. To step it up just a little but continue to play at a recreational level you can move to the Adult B League.
